Hiller are a leading design and supply company on the Sunshine Coast, providing expert equipment and design fit outs for hotels, restaurants, cafes and aged care facilities, as well as the general food and beverage industry both nationally and internationally.
The company started from humble beginnings in 1980, after Hiller Managing Director Syd Hiller and his wife, Marilyn, opened their own food premises on the Sunshine Coast.
Their innovative use of clinical stainless steel throughout the fit out set a new industry standard for commercial kitchens in Australia, and set the wheels in motion for what has become one of the biggest and most experienced suppliers and design fit out businesses in the Nation.
What happened next…
The business expanded to include Hiller Commercial Catering Products, specialising in used and new equipment for the food and beverage industry.
Hiller continued to evolve into offering complete design and fit out packages for their clients, and working alongside trusted architects and builders in the construction of hospitality premises.
Hiller are one of the few companies in the Nation that combine consultancy in the food and beverage industry with a building license, allowing a one-stop-shop for every project.

A BSA License means the teams at Hiller can provide the right design and build package to meet any client’s needs. The team coordinate all related trades, providing project management and advice throughout the building process.

Designs and layouts are created on the client’s ideas and built to meet local council requirements, ensuring the work area complies with local health codes.
