Our Process & Capabilities

1. Obligation-free Consultation

We start by discussing your brief and scope of works. If you don’t have a design in mind for your café, bar or restaurant already, you can speak with our team of designers.

2. Design and Documentation

We’ll compile a full set of C.A.D. plans and specifications, liaising with all parties involved including architects, builders and developers. We’ll ensure that all of the details are correct and in your best interest. Our drawings and layouts will be compliant with council requirements and health and environment codes, as well as creating a safe work environment. Our team of food and beverage equipment experts will help you select the right equipment for your café, bar or restaurant, and we’ll help you select the finishing details.

3. Quotation and Pricing

When the drawings are complete we’ll submit a formal quotation for your approval. This quotation will detail the scope of works, equipment, refrigeration specifications and finishes schedule (where applicable).

4. Administration and Submission

Our project management team will provide full administration of your project throughout the planning, implementation, installation process, ensuring that all council and building approvals are in place at the right time to keep your fitout on schedule.

5. Project management

With a BSA License we are able to project manage all related trades. We’ll communicate with you regularly and let you know if you need to make any decisions about your fitout. We will supervise your onsite equipment installation and ensure that you are ready to go from day one with commissioning and staff training.
