Matt previously worked in commercial kitchens & food processing in Australia & overseas. Whilst in the UK, he began working in sales & moved into the Commercial Catering Industry in 1995. Joining Hiller & Associates in 1997, Matt has personally completed over 100 fit-outs. Matt Has completed projects far & wide, including Broome, Melbourne, Townsville, Port Douglas, Rockhampton, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Matt has the following skills & qualifications; Licenced Building Supervisor, CFSP Qualification (Certified Food Service Professional), CAD Drafting, Building & Construction Industry Safety 'Blue Card.

Originally from the UK, Jim has 28 years experience in the Catering Industry. He qualified as a chef at 18, working in Hotels & other establishments across the UK.

Jim then became a Catering Manager for 5 years, before moving into Food Development for major retailers for the next 14 years.

On arriving in Australia, he joined Hiller & Associates, selling Commercial Catering Equipment.

Qualified at Diploma level in Hospitality, Adrian has 10 years experience of working in 5 star hotels, including becoming the bar manager and food & beverage manager for different establishments.

He joined Hiller & Associates 9 years ago and has built up a high level of experience and skills in the selling of Commercial Catering Equipment in the Brisbane & Gold Coast areas.

Patrick has been with Hiller & Associates since mid-2008. He started off in the organisation as a Warehouse & General Assistant, helping out in all areas of the business, which taught him what he needs to know about the industry.

All of this has enabled him to progress up the company ladder and start hitting the road as one of the Hiller & Associates Sales Representatives, selling Commercial Catering Equipment.

Craig has worked in the Hospitality Industry for 20 years as a qualified chef, working in fine dining restaurants throughout QLD. Just before starting with Hiller & Associates, Craig worked for a Worldwide Catering Company (Compass Group) as a site manager for 3 years.

He also has experience in industrial catering for the mining sector.

Craig has been with Hillers since September 2007 as a Sales Rep for the Central Queensland region in Rockhampton, regularly covering areas to Mackay in the north, Longreach in the west & Gladstone in the south, with all areas in between on a regular basis.
